Solutions for your e-business

Electronic business processes increase the effectiveness of operational processes and reduce errors and costs. The Logata solutions for electronic business processes can be quickly and easily integrated into your existing IT infrastructure and flexibly expanded to meet your growing requirements.
Possible application scenarios:

e-Ordering

Electronic order and order processes include purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping notifications, etc. Logata - as a "moderating service provider" - provides the connection of ERP systems, real-time data transmission, central data clearing and the possibility of permanent data communication and conversion between all involved partners.

e-Invoicing

All processes for the areas ‘invoices to customers’ and ‘incoming invoices from suppliers’ can be realised with the e-Invoicing solution from Logata. The individual output channels for transmitting bills meet the highest demands. It is possible to import the invoices in a structured form directly into the recipient's ERP systems (such as SAP). Some more individual solutions are possible. During the transition from traditional post to electronic invoicing the invoice output process can be shifted entirely to Logata by printing and shipping (all or some of) the bills via lettershop.

e-Logistic

Physical flows of goods and logical data flows are increasingly merging. AutoID developments - e. g. RFID - also accelerate this process and at the same time ensure exponentially increasing demands on corresponding solutions and services that meet these requirements. Of vital importance in this context is also the seamless connection between the real world of the flow of goods and the virtual world of data flow.
